What Do You Want to Achieve with Ambit Energy in ‘08?

The holidays are always a great time not only to spend with family and friends but also to reflect back on the year and think about what is in store for the New Year. During all the get togethers, the dinners and celebrations, one of the key questions that always came up was “What will be your New Year’s Resolution?” Of course, many would answer, “I don’t make New Year’s resolutions!” Well in hopes to dig deeper,  one might ask; “If you were going to do one thing that would positively change something in your life, what would that be and why?”

The most common response would probably be having a successful balance of work & life, which would allow for more personal time with family, friends and for oneself, while still growing a successful business. Here is a list of great ideas for the new year that are sure to help all of us reach our 2008 goals:

1. Have a clear, written vision of what my business is going to look like by the end of 2008 so I can create a plan on how to get there.

2. Plan my work and work my plan with regular, weekly planning sessions

3. Focus on what I do best

4. Share my knowledge - givers always gain

5. Keep learning by learning something new everyday

6. Make time to give back to my community

7. Start my day 30 minutes earlier than usual

8. Make uncomfortable decisions…faster

9. Have a networking strategy to keep in touch with my sponsor, upline, downline, prospects and mentors

10. Read more for professional and personal growth

11. Write my goals down for 2008 and measure results against goals each month

12.  Remember: “Procrastination is the thief of fortune”
